These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the k666d platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out in this document.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details current at all times. Providing false identity information, using another person's payment details, or misrepresenting your location or age during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Verification. k666d may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to submit Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k666d username and password. Notification of Breach. Until such notification is received by k666d, all activity on the account — including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — shall be deemed to have been carried out by you.
Account Activity. You are responsible for all transactions, wagers, and communications made through your k666d account. You agree not to make any claim against k666d in respect of losses arising from activity on your account that you authorised or failed to prevent through proper security practices.
Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. k666d reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the published fee schedule, or to close dormant accounts following reasonable advance notice to the registered email address on file.
Currency. All transactions on the k666d platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to player accounts. The balance displayed in your k666d wallet at all times reflects PKR.
Accepted Payment Methods. k666d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:
Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your k666d account dashboard. These minimums are subject to change and the most current figures are always available within the Platform.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. k666d aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawal Conditions. k666d reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal request.
Anti-Money Laundering. k666d operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. k666d may freeze funds and/or close accounts associated with suspected money laundering without prior notice.
General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonuses awarded to your k666d account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion.
Bonus Abuse. k666d reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close the associated account, where the Company determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional errors.
Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. k666d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. No compensation shall be payable to any player in connection with the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the specified promotional window, and wagering requirements not met within the specified timeframe, will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
Placement of Wagers. All bets and wagers placed on the k666d platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including odds, stake amount, and market — before confirming any wager. k666d will not accept claims for the cancellation of wagers on the grounds of player error after confirmation.
Odds and Markets. k666d reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market in accordance with its sports betting rules at any time, including in response to events such as match abandonment, venue changes, weather interruptions, or verified integrity concerns. Specific sport-by-sport rules governing void bets, dead heats, and related scenarios are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a documented technical malfunction affecting the Platform, any wagers placed during the period of the malfunction may be voided at k666d's discretion and the relevant stakes returned to the player's account. k666d shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
Palpable Errors. k666d reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stakes that were published erroneously due to a system or human error ("palpable error"). k666d will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly, and affected players will be notified accordingly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k666d platform and will result in immediate account suspension and/or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

Maximum Liability. Excluded Losses. k666d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from reliance on Platform content. This exclusion applies even where k666d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Force Majeure. k666d shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall have no liability to any player in the event that the performance of any k666d obligation is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or widespread internet outages.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
